To celebrate the 5th Anniversary of the CLUB CG membership program, Citygate Outlets collaborated with DIWHY studio to transform the mall into a futuristic, creative hub. This campaign was designed to offer a playful and dreamy "Gen Z fantasy" birthday celebration through a series of high-tech, photo-ready moments.

The centerpiece of the activation was the AI Style Creator Digital Interactive Game, which utilized cutting-edge technology to turn a traditional anniversary event into a sophisticated lead generation tool. Key technical and creative elements included:

  • AI-Powered Photo Booth: An iconic interactive experience that allowed visitors to engage with the latest AI generation features.
  • Personalized Media Creation: Programs that converted real-person images into animated avatars and further into unique video content.
  • Integrated Rewards & Premiums: A custom incentive journey where participants could redeem unique premium items, such as capsule key charms, upon completing the digital experience.
  • Seamless Digital UX: Comprehensive campaign design including QR code integration, promoter recruitment, and Q&A analytics to ensure a smooth visitor flow and data-driven insights.

By merging futuristic AI technology with a playful aesthetic, the campaign successfully transformed a milestone anniversary into an immersive digital playground that resonated with a new generation of shoppers.
